 Chase was mature enough to be friendly towards Dan, and Brent was thankful for that. He thought it was typical of the werewolf to not try and act nice back. They were supposed to get along!
After growl-sighing, Brent stood up and threw out his arms in exasperation. "I'll explain if and when you stop being such a fucking bitch." That was strange, Brent calling someone else a bitch - it was usually the other way around. He was failing at his intimidatory parent figure act too... Pink. Poodle. Socks.

Chase was pretty sure he felt awkward about being in the room currently and therefore needed to leave. Brent got up and out of the bed and Chase suddenly felt like he needed to get up as well because he was an intruder and one that was clearly not as wanted as Chase wanted to be. He felt kind of bad that he didn't leave earlier if he was honest with himself. He looked at Brent, and then at Dan, not knowing what to say because he felt awkward and a little scared if he was honest. "M-Maybe I-I s-should go."[/b]

 "You're the bitch." Dan mumbled, looking at the floor for a brief moment. He'd never liked Brent being insulting toward him, and a part of him- a tiny, little part of him- thought that he actually deserved this. Why was he being so mean to Chase? He barely knew this guy, after all.
But then he thought, well, no. This guy was in bed with his best friend, for God's sake. He was making Brent keep secrets, making him a liar. Daniel didn't like liars, not in the slightest. His glare returned with even more of a ferocity; he hissed out the words slowly, to make sure they could be heard. "Maybe you should."

Yes, Chase should probably go. But Brent didn't really want him to leave when he clearly wasn't on good terms with Dan... on the other hand, it didn't look like that was going to change any time soon. He was about to agree when Dan decided it would be a good idea to torment him further. His words were only mumbled but what difference did that make? At least being called a bitch was exactly anything new to him. Brent clenched his jaw and stopped himself from saying something stupid in return. He didn't want to just stand here insulting the werewolf, especially not with Chase here.
Brent would've walked out if he'd been dressed decently. Instead, he settled for the next best thing. He looked between Chase and Daniel and then took a deep breath. They weren't going to get along. And he wasn't in the mood to deal with more of this shit. "I have a better idea. Both of you. Out." Brent nodded towards the door, his voice stern. He knew this was the sensible option if he was going to keep in control of his temper.

This was no an atmosphere that Chase wanted to be in. He wanted to get out because that glare Daniel was giving him was something he would see on his father and then Brent got mad... and Chase wanted to go. He jumped out of the bed and wanted to thank Brent one last time, but decided he really shouldn't. He nodded at Dan and then Brent, giving him a small smile before running out of the room in a hurry. The faster the better. "I'll catch ya later, Brent."[/b] Chase had muttered before leaving.

Daniel didn't like they way Brent was telling him what to do, but he wasn't about to disobey an order from him. Switching his glare over from Chase to the elder man, he gave the younger teen time to get away before he left. The werewolf shook his head at the crossbreed once the other guy had left, scowling slightly. "You better explain. Not now, but you better." Turning around- still shaking his head disapprovingly- he gave Brent one last glare before vacating the room himself, making sure to slam the door in order to show his anger. That was important.
