Silver entered the empty staff lounge, walking in human pace. He had nowhere else to go 'cept the lounge. He didn't want to be outside nor did he want to be at the art room. He went there and it was full students. He sighed as he pulled out a chair and sat down. He was glad that he had the lounge to himself. He knew that normally, there would others there. But luck must have been on his side since no one else was there. He took out his sketch pad and began to draw whatever was in from of him. At the moment, he was facing a closed door with the name on C. Redferne on the door. Whoever it was must be stiff as well since Silver already had seen Liam, Connor, and Tobias Redferne. Tobias was a student Silver would gladly snap in half if it were even possible. But he shook off the idea and went back to sketching.

It had been another rough day for Elijah Jacobs: creative writing teacher. His emotions were still all out of wack since the whole Ama thing. He was so sexually frustrated he'd been having a hard time teaching his class. His assignments were all simple so that he would never have to read anything too deep. He also always had the need to read deep emotional poetry. Something he was doing at that moment as he entered the staff lounge. He hoped it would be empty but it wasn't. There seemed to be a younger person. "Uh... Hi there..." Eli didn't want to make any assumptions about the other guy but he wasn't sure whether or not he should be in the teacher's lounge since he looked so young. Then again Eli knew most people at this school aged slower than most. Eli himself would live to a very old age.

Silver was lost in his work that he didn't even bother to see who had arrived. He was sketching one side of the staff lounge that he thought looked perfect. His hand was moving on its own as he head kept still and only his eyes kept glancing at the area then at the pad of paper that was in front of him. Silver had always done what he was doing: not paying attention to his surroundings when he was sketching in-animated objects. He would always get lost in his strokes which already had gotten him into trouble multiple times in the past. "Yoh..." was all he said as he kept up with his work. He was nearly finished anyway. He just needed to add a few more details and he would be satisfied with his work.

Eli looked over the boy's shoulder. The drawing was a pretty good rendering of the teacher's lounge. "That's really good. I'm Elijah Jacobs I don't think we've met. I teach creative writing." Eli figured he was probably bothering him just a little bit. He walked over to a couch on the other side of the room so that he wouldn't interrupt the other's drawing and went back to his reading. Today's reading, Robert Frost. Not very dark but still good.

His thoughts kept turning to Ama as he read. Why couldn't Eli get the boy out of his head? It wasn't like he had ever really reacted to him. Eli just kissed him. Which was a little out of the blue. It was just never going to leave his mind.

Silver was ever so nearly done when he heard someone introduced himself. He knew it was a guy because of the voice and the name. Elijah huh. He hadn't been around the building too often to recall everyone of the staff. As he finished the drawing he made and not bothering to look at the other, "Silver Tyde, Literature Professor over at the other building." he said as he gave a small smile at his newest work of art. He carefully laid his pad on the table and turned to look at the other being occupying the lounge. He was holding something and all Silver could see was Robert Frost. He didn't know what was wrong and knew he better than ask but he couldn't help it. "Penny for you thoughts?" he asked with a voice that didn't match his age. He hated being forever nineteen sometimes.

Elijah's thoughts were scattered. Last time he'd talked about what was on his mind his life was threatened. So, not talking about it would probably be the best option. "Nice to meet you Silver. It's cool to meet another person that has a love for the English language and I'm just fine thank you very much." The other guy was a professor? He did seem a bit young but Eli knew he was probably older than he seemed. You could never be too sure at Northvale. "Uh, weird question but, um, have you read any of my books?"

Silver gave the other a small smile, "Well, English Literature is fascinating since I have been around to see it change." he said as he grabbed his sketch pad and began to draw the other man discreetly. Silver was trying to take his mind off the fact that not a few days ago had he made Aine Luna Bird cry. Even if she she was fine, it didn't seem that way to him. He shook his head and concentrated on Elijah. "You've written books? Do you mind mentioning a title. I have read so many that I have lost track of who wrote what and what the book was called and what it was about." he said with an apologetic tone. Silver had really read far too many books for him to remember any in particular.

Eli had decided to play, what is the other person in the room's race? He wasn't pretty enough to be a siren, he looked to young to be a sorcerer, a werewolf was not out of the question, but a vampire seemed the right answer. "Wild guess, you're a vampire?" Eli couldn't help but laugh. Did he write books? Was he a really sexy man who just also happen to be able to sing really well? "I've written 8 novels and a shitton of short stories. So, yeah I guess you could say I write books." Titles? Eli couldn't remember any of the titles of his books. It been awhile since he actually looked at any of his books. Well, since he first met Ama. Then his mind was basically taken over with thoughts of the boy. "Is it bad that I can't remember any of the titles of my own books?"

Silver's hand stopped for a moment when Elijah had mentioned his race. The next moment his hands went back to sketching. "I didn't know my race was in question. You could have asked and I would have answered truthfully." Silver said coolly with a smile on his face. He never did hide what he was when it came to other beings that aren't human. He never thought of hiding since he was among beings that were different and not really as mortal as humans were. Then he chuckled when Elija said he had written a lot yet had forgotten them. "It doesn't seem that bad... Memories are playful when they want to. They hide when you need them and appear when you need them not." he said as he stopped sketching and turned his pad to show Elijah what his hands were occupied with. He made a two-tone sketch of the other man which he must have to say, the other was good looking and had angles that made him look so divine.

Wasn't race always the question? Especially at Northvale. "Sorry, I like guessing things. I myself am a siren." Eli told the vamp before taking a quick peek in a mirror making sure his hair was just perfect like always. Eli was probably the least vain siren you'd ever meet but that didn't mean he couldn't admire his beautiful reflection.

Eli was actually surprised he didn't have a lot of girls admiring his good looks. His fans were always surprised that he was such a good writer and that good looking. Speaking of being very good looking Silver had drawn Eli in the time they had been talking. Eli looked it over and approved. "How vain does it make me sound if I said I wanted to keep it?" Eli chuckled. He was a siren so it couldn't be so bad to sound vain. It came with the title. "Well, there are so many plus I'm planning on writing more. I've started one but I've gotten writers block, so it's been put on hiatus for the time being."
