Chase practically snorted at Brent's way of getting back at Chase. He was perfectly fine with that way. It worked perfectly for him. He got held onto tighter, and in return snuggled into Brent even farther. "Oh definitely. Whenever someone see's you, it's like an immediate suffocation."

He was glad that Chase seemed to agree, or at least just went along with what he was saying. Being able to suffocate people with his hotness was one of Brent's favourite skills to use. He beamed when Chase kissed his cheek, letting out a quiet chuckle. However there was something the fae said that Brent couldn't accept and ignore. "My head isn't big, it's perfect-sized." he pouted, semi-aware that he wasn't doing anything but proving Chase's point. Not that it matter since the boy was so clearly right anyway.

According to Chase, the size of his head was 'fine'? Just fine. Brent rolled his eyes, more at himself than Chase. Okay, fine was better than big but it still wasn't as good as perfect. He could deal with it though... just about. 'Full of yourself' was probably an easier choice of wording to use when talking with Brent. "M'kay, I can deal with that." he grinned. Brent had heard similar things so many times that he never even took any offence from it anymore.

Chase laughed at the slightly changing emotions going on in Brent. He sometimes felt like it was majorly intruding on people the way he could feel the emotions as they change, sometimes their emotions affected him as well. Chase leaned in and kissed Brent on the lips gently, staying close, but pulling away slightly. "You are so cute. Have I told you that yet?"

Brent hummed happily when Chase kissed him, proud of himself for being so relaxed now when he'd been far from it earlier on. It was nice being able to admire Chase's eyes from this close because they were too perfect to be true; the perfect shade of blue. Brent mentally congratulated himself for rhyming since it had been totally accidental. "I get that from everyone, honey." Brent smirked, rolling his eyes. Well, no, he didn't. But that wasn't relevant right now, not really. The majority of people never saw this side of him.

Oh look, Brent's big head was showing again. It was a really good thing Chase was repulsed by it because he wouldn't be with Brent at the moment, all snuggly in his arms. Chase snuck his arms upward to Brent's neck and let his fingers mess around with the hair on the back of his neck as he continued to look at Brent. He thought that maybe he would regret asking this question, but he needed to know. "What are we, Brent?"

Brent was baffled by the question for an alarmingly long time, not sure what Chase meant. He got there eventually. Chase had meant that relationship-wise, or the crossbreed had come to that conclusion in the end. He didn't even have an answer to that. "I don't know?" he replied, frowning a bit. Brent hadn't really thought about it. Moping around required a surprising amount of brainpower, to be fair. He had the feeling that he should've thought about it at some point though, maybe.

Chase didn't think it would just be as easy as asking and then getting an answer. In fact, he was sure it wasn't going to be that easy, so when Brent told him he didn't know, Chase was prepared with what to say next. "Well... what do you want to be?"

Brent probably should've predicted the following question. Nevertheless, he hadn't and he was left again with no intelligent sort of answer in response which annoyed him a little. Chase's voice though... it kind of sounded like he was expecting to be disappointed and he didn't want that at all. Brent looked at him seriously. "What do you want us to be?" That was by far safest thing to go for. Brent now had to hope that he'd get a decent answer in return because he knew he could go on with more 'I don't know's forever if that were necessary.
