Dominic was watching the other staffs of The Gateway getting ready for the busy hour. They were an hour and a half away and were nearly ready to serve the customers when they come. He had heard from the owners that they had gotten a band already and Dominic was a bit excited to listen to the new band. He wasn't around to hear them when they auditioned 'cause he was busy looking for the rest of his family that was stationed somewhere in Northvale as well. It wasn't like Dominic to go on the hunt himself but since he was close enough and had time, he did the searching himself earlier.
Now he had finished cleaning the counter top of the bar and was waiting for the bartenders to come. He was sitting in one of the tables, looking around the whole place, smiling to himself as he saw people starting to come in. He was wishing that one or all of his siblings would come to the club. It would make things easier for him.

Oriel is much of a drinker but ever since his memory came back he just needed something to ease the pain of the deaths he saw. Twenty years of war, of death came back with all the good memories. The 20 years of happiness and childhood wonder that had escaped him for 200 years. A drink was something that was in order and since he didn't have anything back at his room in the school, he had to walk to the bar in the local town. He opened the door not expecting the place to be so packed on a Friday night, but he didn't expect much anymore. He pushed his way through the bodies of young teenagers to the bar. When he got to the bar he tried to get the attention of the bartender. "Excuse me, uh bartender, can I get a beer."

Dominic was nearly drowned in his thoughts when a customer came asking for a beer. Where the hell were the part time bartenders? They were supposed to be in their post half an hour ago. He shook his head and went to get the beer himself. He didn't actually see who had ordered but there was only one person at the bar at the moment so it had to be him. "One beer, coming right up." he said as he got down and retrieved a bottle of beer from the cooler beneath the counter. It was easier to grab beers rather than place them in refrigerators. At least Dom didn't have to turn around and open doors and cause traffic just to get a bottle.
He snapped the bottle cap off, placed a napkin around the bottle's body and looked up to give it to the guy who ordered it. When he got to look at the guy in front of him, Dom felt his world stop moving. Was he dreaming? Oriel was sitting across him! "O-oriel? I-is that really y-you?" Dom had to ask. His brain wasn't functioning at that moment. He was freaking staring at the man who looked A LOT like his brother.

Oriel tried to get a good look at the man that was serving him but it was too dark and the bartender had his back to him. When he got his beer he took a large sip before thanking the other man. Then he saw his face. It was Gren his younger brother. "Gren, I can't believe it. It's been two hundred plus years." Oriel wanted to jump over the bar and hug his little brother but he thought that there probably was a simpler safer solution. "How have you been, brother?"

If he could jump over the counter and hug his brother, Dom would have done so. But with people around, it wasn't safe. He might end up hitting someone as he jump over. He smiled widely and nodded at his brother, grasping a hand on his brother's shoulder, making sure Oriel was real. "It has been two hundred years Orie!" Dom said, fighting the shared emotion he and Oriel were feeling at that moment. He had finally found one of his siblings! There was nothing more important than that!
"How have I been?" he repeated the question, trying to get rid of his German accent. "I've been busy over the last few decades looking for you and the others! Since the day we got separated, I didn't stop looking for you guys!" he said, trying to hold back his emotions as much as he could. There was NO WAY Grenier Dominic Stirling Hale-Trudel was going to cry in public.

It was Grenier. His brother Grenier. First he had found his sister Fauve. Now Gren. "Gren, oh my brother. I-I couldn't remember anything after we got separated. I forgot everything. You, our family, the war. I was found an-and..." Oriel was fighting back tears not only did he find his brother but he actually remembered. He remembered more from their childhood. Things he didn't get from just Fauve. His creole accent seeping through a little. He was going to cry. Oriel was too strong to cry. He was the oldest, he was the role-model, but it had been 200 years. 200 long years without a family, without a home. Without anyone or anything to comfort him. Even his daughter hardly kept in touch. Oriel probably had great-grandchildren maybe even great-great-grandchildren. That he didn't know about. He wanted to tell Gren about his family about what had happened but it was getting louder. He would need to talk to Gren more privately so they could have an actual conversation.

Dom would have laughed if he could. Oriel was still trying to be strong and brave like he used to be when they were younger. "It's alright Orie. No need to be strong for me. It's fine. We're starting to stitch everyone back." he explained as he pulled out a bottle of beer for himself. The bartenders had arrived and it made Dom smile since he could talk to his brother better. "Come on Orie, lets grab a table and talk." he said as he grabbed his brother's arm and pulled him to the farthest table he could find. It wasn't so crowded and there was less noise.
He took a sip of his beer, "So what exactly happened to you Orie? Where did you end up?" he asked. Dom didn't want to overwhelm his brother with questions. They now have time to catch up on each other. He knew that now. Since he found one, he would be able to find the rest now. He was dead set on completing his family again. Then he remembered, "Oh by the way Orie, I go by Dominic Stirling Hale here. It's the name I used when I was in Germany so its the name I got used to. Just so you know in case you hear someone call me Dom here." he said as he smiled at his brother.

Same old Gren knowing exactly what Oriel was thinking. Oriel followed Gren to the table, sipping his beer. "What happened to me well it's a bit of a long story." Oriel said looking at his beer. "But I suppose I should tell you. Remember the day we got separated. Well, I must of been hit with a memory curse or something because all I remembered was waking up in the middle of the forrest alone. Then I passed out again and when I woke I was in a small room. There was a girl. A beautiful girl. Her name was Clara. I couldn't speak or move because I couldn't remember how but she taught me. She re-taught me everything. She was wonderful and amazing... and... and... We fell in love and got married and had a child. I loved her with every inch of my being. She died though she was human. I guess I wasn't the same. Then skip the 100 years of me sulking and you'll bring me to about two days ago when I saw Fauve. All my memories came back, everything good and bad came back. Now I've found you. Which, wait, I heard Fauve works here too. Have you seen her?" Oriel didn't mean to talk so fast it just all came out. He also didn't care that his brother seemed slightly different. He had found his brother at last. Now there were three. Oriel wondered what happened to the others. "How have you been, my brother?"

Dom chuckled as he listened to Oriel talk like a dozen blood hounds were after him. "You had a kid right? Where is your little spawn? Is it a she or he?" he asked with a smile, trying to lighten the mood. "And no, I have seen Fauve yet. She's here?! Dammit! I just got hired the other day so I haven't been here long." Dom explained as he he took a sip of his beer. Things were crazy where Dom had come from and he didn't know where to start.
"Well, my life went from bad to worst. I woke up on a farm with multiple wounds and when I was good to go, I moved from one place to another. I got to Germany and stayed there for quiet sometime." he said as he took another sip of his beer, remembering Germany. "Well, I tell you Orie, Germany wasn't the most safest place for a kid with powers. But I managed somehow... I got into a fight club and fought to keep myself alive. If I didn't win, I didn't have the necessary money to pay the investigators I hired to find you guys." he continued.
Dom tried to shake away the thoughts of his past. He didn't want to remember it nor did he want to be reminded of how many times he had to get hurt just to eat and pay the hired help.

Oriel looked at Gren really looked at him. He looked older, and beat up. "We had a daughter and we named her Alexis. By the way it's fine that you go by Dominic I went by Jack Walker while I lost my memory." Oriel laughed at his Fauve comment. Then he listened to Gren's story.
"You fought to try to find us. Gren, that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard." Oriel knew that might hurt his brother's feelings but he didn't really care. "We would've found each other no matter what. With help or without. I wasn't even looking for Fauve and I found her. I'm sorry Gren. I don't want you to think I'm angry at you. It's just that your my younger brother and I should have been looking for you. I just wish I would have remembered." He took another drink of his beer which now seemed to be empty.
