Dom was glad that Oriel didn't push the subject. He didn't know if he could keep a straight face if Oriel would have asked one more question concerning their parents. Then he took a swig of his beer and thought of why he came to Northvale. The answer should have been obvious to Oriel but then he didn't know so Dom just had to tell him. "Well if the answer isn't that obvious then let me tell you.." he began.
"I came to Northvale because you were all here. Or according to the information the investigators gave me... If they didn't know yet where you were, I wouldn't have left Germany yet. After a decade there, my life went from bad to great. I was a champion in the underground fight clubs. Undefeated and was doing well for myself." he said and paused.
"But you guys were here so I came as soon as I could. No other reason." Dom ended and turned to look at Oriel, watching if his answer satisfied him.

The question of what had really happened to their parents, had stuck with Oriel as Gren talked. Gren had come to find his siblings well wasn't that sweet. "Well, you at least have found me so far." Oriel giggled. Oriel had never giggled in his life. It must of been the alcohol. He wasn't much of a drinker so it was affecting him quickly. As finished his second he decided that he didn't need another one if we wanted to make it back to the school.
"You're probably wondering what I'm doing here, right? Well, I couldn't remember anything about being a faerie so I thought maybe coming to a town filled with the supernatural, I might be able to get some answers and then I was stuck with a teaching position at the school, teaching history." He spit out fast for some reason. Yeah, that's why he didn't drink...

Dom laughed when he heard Oriel giggle. Giggle for the love of magic! Oriel never giggled! But now he just did. "Maybe drinking is and never will be his thing."
he thought. "I think you had drank enough for one night." he said as he tossed the empty bottle of beer away from Oriel. Dom was used to drinking since he had to drink to keep warm during the winter season in Germany. "Unlike you Orie, I can keep my liquor down. Germany does it to whoever stays with her for a long time." he explained. "And yeah, I was so unlucky to find you first... I wish it was Char, Bijoux, or Fauve. I'd wish for the twins even." he said with a smirk, indicating that he was just joking.
As Oriel shared why he came to Northvale, it made a little sense but he didn't know why he had to take up a teaching position at the school. But it was his brother's life. He could do whatever he wanted to do. "Well, now that you remember who you are, you, Fauve and I will have to find the others. We need to find them soon." he said, being vague about it and glad that Oriel was intoxicated. Dom hoped that his brother won't remember that Dom said what he just did and would forget the whole thing.[/blockquote]

Oriel watched as Gren threw the empty bottle away. I think maybe I should have a water, now." Drinking was definitely not his thing. Oriel wanted to smack Gren for his next comment. "You know you missed me the most. We'll have too. Now that I can remember I want to see them, tell them what happened and ask them what happened to them." The thought of finding his younger brothers and older sister was intriguing. He wanted no he needed to find them. There were still some things missing. Maybe if he could just find them... "Where do we start?"

Dom was glad that Oriel was now using his brain and not arguing to have another bottle of beer. They had to find his siblings within a year before the German underground came for him. He had only promised to be gone for a year and he knew that if he he didn't find them all, Germany was going to take him back whether he wanted to or not, which Dom knew he didn't want too. He was so tired of fighting for his life and having to defeat everyone he faces because his boss wanted it.
"We should start talking to Fauve first and ask her if she had seen Char, Bijoux, or the twins. Any clue we can get from her will be helpful. My investigators weren't able to get exactly locations about everyone's current lodgings but they were all sure that Northvale was playing host to all of us." Dom said seriously as he ordered a glass of water for Oriel.
The water came and Dom handed it to him, "Besides, we don't have much time... I don't have much time..."
he whispered softly, hoping Oriel didn't hear it over the noise.[/blockquote]

There was something on Gren's mind. Oriel just wasn't like Gren he couldn't tell what though. He wished had Gren's powers to be able to see what emotion he was feeling, but he was just an earth fae. "Then they shouldn't be to hard to find if we're all staying in the same town. You'll probably see Fauve first, but last time I talked to her she hadn't really said anything about seeing anyone else. I think I was the first she's seen in a long time." Oriel took a drink of his water and his thoughts wandered off to, Alexis. He wondered how she was. What her kids were like. If she was still married. Things he asked himself everyday. "How much are these investigators?"

Dom stiffened a little when he felt Oriel's emotions doubt him. Dom mentally cursed himself. He had to be a little more careful or Oriel would find out. He couldn't tell them. It'll end bad and Germany would probably take his siblings too if they would fight back, which they probably or might. He clinched his fists, "We have to try. Fauve is another for me. Just Char, Bijoux, and the twins left to find. Northvale isn't that big entirely. With three of us looking, we'll find them quickly. We have to." Dom said as he looked seriously out the window. He needed to find everyone and make sure their all together before he disappears to Germany's underground again. And probably for good. Dom didn't care if he wasn't going to be with them, just as long as he finds them and see them all together, its enough for him.
Then Dom turned to Oriel, "Why do you ask that?" Dom said as he edged away a little from the table. Oriel was starting to ask questions. He didn't know whether Oriel was asking so that he could hire investigators too or for a whole lot another purpose.

There was something on Gren's mind. It was probably something about the fighting. It didn't matter now though they were together now. "No reason, I was thinking that maybe they might be able to help me find my daughter. I haven't seen her since my wife died. I just want to know how she is." Whenever Oriel started thinking about his daughter he starts reminiscing. He remembered her dragging Clara and him around. He remembered the way Clara's face lit up when they realized she was pregnant. Oriel wanted to know what his grandchildren were like. If they had, had children. He wanted to know what he had started.

Dom sighed in relief since it wasn't about him. "Don't worry Orie. You'll find your daughter. I'll look for.. uhmm, better investigators. You know, those that can give more information that mine did. Yeah, I'll look for one for you." he said as he forced a smile on his face to hide his nervousness. He turned to his watch and saw what time it was. He needed to get back to the bar and man the counter in case the number of customers become too much for the bartenders to handle.
"Come on, Orie. I need to get back to the counter to keep the accidents and flirting to a minimum. Heaven knows what the customers think of when they see my bartenders behind the counter mixing drinks and all. Besides, I'm sure we'll get to talk again soon." he said as he helped his brother walk upright.
