Hello, you lovely NVA members! I hope all is well with you. It's been about a month since we opened our doors, so I thought we ought to check in.

Do not, I repeat, do not try to engage the troll on your own. If, like the fabulous Hogwarts trio, you do ignore my warning and go after it on your own (dammit, Hermione, can't you cry under the covers in your bed like a normal person!?), please don't go getting all grr and confrontational. Let's keep a sense of humor and be polite. Just because some people are
