[The Council]

The Enforcers also known as 'the Seven'. These are NVA's law enforcers, kind of like a supernatural police force. They are the ones who will be sent out to deal with suspicious behavior, any riots or reported crimes. They will be sent to bring them before the Council and if the person in question is too violent, volatile they will force you to do so. It's in their power to kill people if they are engaged in battle and have no choice.

They were chosen out of 30 candidates three years ago when the war ended. They were put through a extensive training process in order to be chosen for their positions and once chosen, they trained together for three years in a compound of which they all still live in together before they were made official once the peace treaty was signed.
They are a very close-knit group. Like family. And they all call each other by nicknames they gave each other during the training process.
They even set up a session every month were they all get together and just talk, in all seriousness about their pasts, about what troubles them...like a group counselling session.

Now, there are no official enforcer positions open but there is currently two trainee positions open.
Trainees will be aged 18+ but the Council will be very picky with accepting them because they must be of clear, exceptional skill.
The only Enforcers that will have a trainee are;

The Rules

• All Enforcers wear regulation uniform clothing when on duty that consists of only black clothing. All Enforcers, once initiated, receive dog tags with their name, race, date they were made an Enforcer and their nickname.

• All Enforcers live at a compound together. They eat, sleep and train there. It is there home. It has everything they need including weapons.
  
• All Enforcers are required to be specialized in at least one weapon although ability to use more than one is encouraged.
  
  
• Trainees must be 18+ to apply. If you are 17 but turning 18 the year you apply you may still be accepted.
  
• Trainees must be at least level 10 to apply.
  
• If you are a trainee attending Northvale academy, this will be taken into consideration with your training. It will not get in the way of your school work and if it clearly becomes to much for you, you will be dismissed from the programme.
  
• Put the words; badass mofo someone in your app if you have read these rules.
  
• Trainees must listen and obey their mentor or else they will be kicked off the programme. They must be prepared for grueling exercises and training.
  
• The Council have the right to dismiss a trainee from the programme and so do Enforcers with the permission from the Council.
  
• As a trainee, you might be required to spend nights at the compound.
  
• As a trainee, you must attend the group sessions.

Reasoning for applying: This is pretty much right up Aria's street. Ever since a child she was put in strict, harsh training to become one of the best witches of her age so the training so i think she will be able to handle the training involved with the Enforcer trainee programme.
Also, she's been needing purpose in her life and she's always been the kind of girl that'd want to go into a line of work that gives her authority. And training to become an enforcer? I couldn't think of anything more perfect.
