Anyone need an enemy?

So I haven't done much with my character Echo yet, and i'd really like to start a plot for her. To give you some bacground, she was a quasi-prisoner of a wolf pack during the war and was used to interrogate prisoners before she used her siren voice to make them kill themselves. In that way, Echo was a sort of angel of death during the war. Since then, she has repented and sought redemption, but I think her past would probably catch up with her anyway.

So the character: this can be an existing character or a new one, but I need someone whose loved one or fellow soldier was killed by Echo during the war. Anyone interested?
