Ava practically skipped into the shopping centre. She was going to treat her niece. The prom was in thirteen days. Thirteen days. When she heard that the girl still hadn't found a dress? Well. The woman freaked. Pandora needed a dress and soon. She would look absolutely drop dead gorgeous at the prom, Ava would make sure of it. She entered the shopping centre and took a seat. Deciding to play a little game while she waited for her niece.
Her eyes scanned the place. Instantly landing on the rather handsome guys. Yep. Her little game was to perve on all of the hot guys. She saw a couple of groups and went through. Yes, yes, no, maybe, no, fuck yes.. A soft smirk played on her lips. What? She couldn't help it. The guys at Northvale were bloody gorgeous and it wasn't like she was in a relationship.
She'd have to find herself a guy soon. Maybe one of the teachers at Northvale, or 'TILFs' as Pandora called them. Yes. Then she'd see them around. But. At the same time. She really didn't want to date a supernatural guy. Ava was just your average, run-of-the-mill, slightly crazy human. She sighed. Breaking out of her thoughts and started to tap her foot against the floor. What was taking her niece so long? She'd go to Northvale and drag her lazy ass down to the shopping centre if she didn't hurry up. Ava wanted to go dress shopping.

Pandora was happy. Sitting on her bed, playing with Hades. Poor dog had been neglected for a while. She was quite happy to be playfighting with the pup for a change. Heck. The witch was just happy that it was Saturday at long last. School had sucked. Well. School except two lessons. She smiled softly. Yes. Curses had been fun. "I'm sorry, Hades, I've been spending far too much time around Liam haven't I, instead of with my beautiful baby" she told the puppy. Grateful Aria was not in the room. That would have been awkward, and, well, Pandora was still fucking terrified to tell her room mate of the relationship.
A text stopped her from battling with Hades. Reaching over, she grabbed the phone and read the text from her Aunt. Dorey-Doo! Get down the shopping centre. I'm buying your prom dress. You have fifteen minutes. Go! the witch rolled her eyes at the nickname but grinned. Dress shopping? Now that sounded like fun. She pulled on a pair of boots and kissed Hades' fur before practically running out of the room. And thank God she bumped into her father on the way outside. "Daaddyyy, can I borrow your car keys?" she asked. It took a couple of minutes of arguing. And her father to mention she had no license before he finally relinquished the keys. She could drive, she just had never been bothered to get a license.
It didn't take long before she was parked outside the shopping centre and making her way into the building. Her eyes found her Aunt instantly whose gaze was on a group of guys. She walked over to Ava, smiling. "Let's see, no, no, no, no, no, maybe" the witch spoke. A grin on her face. "So, prom dress shopping? Sounds like fun. I'm going to be going as Day though, you know, be different. Everyone probably expects me to go as night". Pandora liked being unpredictable. And she couldn't change her mind now. She'd asked Liam to dress as night for her. They may not be allowed to go together, but at least they could join the other couples and go as both day and night.

Ava was waiting for the familiar clacking of seven-inch heels that never came as her niece spoke. She was obviously commenting on the guys which just made the woman frown. How the hell could she only give sex-on-legs a maybe? Ava stood. And holy shit! She was actually the same height as her niece! Pandora should wear flats more often. But it was weird. What the hell was wrong with the witch to make her wear flats? But as Ava studied her face she noticed something. Pandora looked incredibly happy. Too happy for just a shopping trip. Yes. Her niece definitely had a secret. A secret Ava would find out.
And upon hearing that her niece was going as Day. Day. Ava was almost speechless. Almost. "Okay. Who are you and what have you done with my gothic, stripper heel wearing witch of a niece?" she told her. But, the secret could come later. It was shopping time now. A grin found it's place on the woman's face as she took Pandora's arm and started to drag her toward the escalator. The upper floors had the boutiques. The boutiques had the designer and, well, if her niece was going to be the Belle of the Ball then it was going to be designer.
"Yes. This trip will be fun!" Ava almost squealed in delight. It had been far too long since she'd spent some time with her niece. "And if you aren't dropping dead from exhaustion by the evening then I haven't done this right. You're one lucky gal to be wearing flats, Dorey-Doo. The heels would've killed ya!" and with a laugh the woman decided to run up the escalator. Pulling Pandora with her.
"So. Tell me. What's goin' on at Northvale? What's happening in your boring little life? And how's your quest for becoming badass goin'?" Ava asked, still grinning at her niece. Maybe it was a little mean to call her life boring right now but it was. Pandora wasn't involved in any scandals. She wasn't getting herself in trouble. Yes. Ava should have been proud but she'd raised the kid better than that! Heck. Where was the girl that got expelled from four schools? Now, Reckless had been fun.

Pandora laughed at her Aunt's expression. She had obviously thought guy number five was gorgeous. Pandora glanced over again. Okay. He was good looking but he was no match to Liam. Then again, no guy was. A smile formed onto her face. God, she was lucky. Dating Liam Redferne. Her Aunt stood and Pan was momentarily shocked. They were the same height, in fact, Ava (with heels) was slightly bigger. It had been a long time since the witch had looked up to her Aunt. She didn't like it. Not one bit. Heels were definitely going to be bought on this little trip and Pandora was going to be tall again.
Upon her Aunt's words she laughed. "Well. Still gothic. Still a witch. And, well, Dad wouldn't have let me drive the car in the heels" the witch answered as she was dragged toward the escalators. Ava was going to be treating her to designer? No surprises there. The woman always had to go all out. It may have been a trait that she had picked up herself.
Ava certainly sounded excited as she spoke. Pan rolled her eyes at the nickname. If anyone heard that and decided to use it apart from her Aunt, she would punch them in the face. She hated 'Dora' at the best of times. 'Dorey-Doo' was just horrible but as many times as she'd protested, Ava never stopped. So now she was stuck with the awful nickname. Running up the escalator with her aunt, she laughed. "I'm pyschic, duh! Knew that this was going to be a tiring trip so I put on the flats!" Pandora would have loved to be a psychic. But. Shielding was good enough for her. Less scary. She'd hate to have foresight and see something she didn't want to see.
"Hurtful!" Pandora told her aunt to the last comment as they began to walk on the second floor of the shopping centre. "Someone pranked Bitchcarus' office a few weeks ago. It was me. I'm good. And my life isn't boring, bitch. My training's going well, actually. Very well indeed.." Pandora told her Aunt. God, she loved her training sessions. And not only because she was spending time with Liam. But that was an added perk. She chuckled lightly to herself. Her training sessions were always something she looked forward to. But for now she had to focus. Focus on finding the perfect dress. Why? So when she stepped into that room, it'd knock Liam dead.
