Today is a good day for a picnic, Maggie decided as he walked outside. He decided to texted Daj to meet him outside for lunch. It was weird Maggie and Daj had already been together for four days. Not the longest relationship Maggie had ever been in, but certainly the most fulfilling. What Maggie felt when he was with Daj was different. He didn't really totally know what he felt. He knew they were in a "relationship" I mean they kissed in front of pretty much every person in the school. Including Daj's niece Pandora who freaked at Daj for another reason, ruining the gardens indefinitely for Maggie.
Maggie didn't like thinking about that day. Even though it was only the day before. It made him shiver. Thinking about what he almost did... He especially didn't like when his temper got so out of control he couldn't help but change. Maggie didn't like being a wolf....
Where is he? Maggie asked himself trying to forget about the other day.

Daj was finishing up his Transfigurations class when he got a text message from Maggie saying that he was at the picnic area. Daj smiled and gathered his books and left the classroom instantly.
He made his way out the school building and went directly to the picnic grounds. No later did he see Maggie and the look on his face that made Daj worry that it must have been because of the thing with Pandora. He sat next to Maggie and placed a kiss on his cheek. ”Penny for your thoughts?”

Maggie sighed happily when he saw Daj.
”I missed you.”
[/b] Maggie said as Daj sat down next to him. "I'm fine... I just it's been a while since I let my temper get that far out hand. I didn't want you to have to see that side of me yet." Maggie told him knowing it was something that he would have to deal with eventually. He loved both his parents dearly but he also hated them for totally disregarding the war, falling in love, and having 4 kids. One of which was him. His brothers both loved the fact that they had magic and could turn into wolves at will. Even Vic liked it but Maggie didn't. He didn't like the fact that he would older than everyone he knew, he didn't like having to eat a lot. It was just not fun.
There was so many thing Maggie wanted to tell Daj. Not related to the whole wolf thing. "So, I've learned some pretty interesting pieces of gossip that you might like." Maggie was a gossip. He liked knowing little facts about people. Nothing to ever use against them just things to know.

As much as Daj wanted to erase the event that Maggie had seen, there was nothing he could do about it. What's done is done. All he could do was sigh, ”You know what, even if you didn't want me to see it, you know we would eventually have to face those kinds of situations right? And let me tell you now, I love you despite all those. I however, have to apologize for how I behaved. I knew it wasn't the place to have such a topic with my niece. But you saw her and how she treated me. I cannot blame her at all since I belong to the same family that had kept her mother away from her. Even if I wasn't involved, I knew she would still see me as part of it. It's alright. We'll forget about it from now.”

If there were somethings that Maggie regretted, meeting Daj was not one of them. He just made Maggie feel so calm, except for when Daj got punched in the face, Maggie didn't feel calm then. Then Daj said love... Well, that was slightly unexpected. Did Maggie love Daj? He didn't know. It was weird. It wasn't like Daj was saying I love you, but it felt close.
”Don't be sorry. I thought Pan was better than that. I mean she seemed so nice. It's fine we can leave it.”

Daj smiled when Maggie agreed to just let the encounter with Pandora slide. Then it hit him. He just said that he'd love Maggie despite whatever outcome might have been when they were with his niece. Then Maggie mentioned Andrew Locke, a student who Daj knew skipped classes regularly instead of attending them. And of course Cain Redferne, who wouldn't know him? Compromising situations? A smirk began to appear on his face.
”Compromising situations? How compromising? Like the ones we do or something completely different and you just mistook it because you were thinking of me?”
[/b] he asked. Daj had a feeling that it was more in line with the former rather than the latter. The news made Daj smirk and nearly laugh. He had never thought that Cain Redferne, infamous man of ice would ever do such a thing. But then again, he still was a man who had desires and emotions. No matter how hard he tried to hide it. ”Well, made we should try pushing one of these days. Professor Cain may not be the man we all thought he is. he is still a man, right?”

Maggie liked kissing Daj it was nice. He liked the gossip but he liked Daj kissing him much more. ”I dunno maybe, or maybe a tattoo! Oh, a really sexy one on my arm. Like the drama masks or something.”

Daj was surprised when Maggie said that he was talking to his sister. Truth be told, he barely knew anything about Maggie and vice versa. Well, nearly. Maggie probably got the idea that his family was messy, that one of his older sister was a manipulative bitch, the eldest a brave yet sad mother, and the other was a passive one. He sighed and yet smiled again when Maggie brought out a picnic basket. He helped take out the things inside and transfigured a portion of the grass into a checkered cloth.
”Your sister? Well, I don't know about you getting a tattoo though. But if you want it, then by all means. I'll be there to hold your hand the whole while.”
