**The Homes
Willow Q. Porter 18, Frenward Street Although the teachers' dorms are welcoming enough, Willow prefers to have her own, separate house to prevent overcrowding the teachers' dorms. This house, although modest, is pretty, and large enough for her to live in. At times, though, she can't help but think that it feels a little lonely.
Yemoja Abeni 29, Frenward Street This small, bungalow-style cottage has a large front porch and a yard overflowing with plants native and exotic. Flowering vines creep up the sides of it, and boxes of flowers fill every window. Inside you'll find artwork and artifacts from all over the world.
Liam Redferne 28, Cedar Road It can be said that the large four bedroom house with a modern Victorian interior design of which Liam Redferne lives in reflects the vast wealth the Redferne siblings inherited. The house seems lacking in personal touch apart from the few paintings that hang on the wall, the single family photo of the Redferne siblings above the mantel piece and the grand piano in the living room. Also, the house has a large library which contains a vast variety of different books; magic, fiction, non-fiction and in various different languages. As well as a large lush well-kept closed garden.
Samson Corvus 14, Orion Close Upon moving to Northvale and living alone, Samson Corvus didn't really need anything too grand and fancy, just somewhere he could live and live well. This house is relatively small, with only two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and kitchen however, what it lacks in size it definitely makes up for in cosiness and comfort. Interestingly, it also has an attic with a window, sometimes the vampire that resides here finds himself going up to the attic, climbing out of the window and laying upon the slight sloped roof of his home, looking up at the stars.
Adam Maddox 32, Milton Street The house is the house Adam Maddox grew up in and inherited when his mother died. The teen seems to have avoid coming here in the months following his mother's death due to the many memories the walls of the house hold. When he does stay at his home, he often invites others around to crash at his, not really wanting to be alone in the large empty home.
The Redferne Siblings Redferne Manor A once large grand manor on the bordeline of Northvale this place was once home to the main branch of the Redferne clan. It now stands now an unstable building ravaged by the fire that took the lives of most of the family. When most of the Redferne's unfortunately perished in the flames the council gave Liam Redferne ownership of the ruins and eight acres of land that came with it. He now shares ownership with his siblings but it’s not often they return to this place.
Leyla Sevgici 14, Lowland Drive Leyla's home is a small red brick cottage with a large front yard, decorated with fine antiquities collected by herself and her family over the centuries. It has only one bedroom, which is just fine with Leyla. The entire property is surrounded by a tall iron fence.
Aaisha Alden No. 4a, Maple Street A fairly decent sized apartment, but not too big where it's too big for her. She has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a decent sized kitchen and living room. After conning the owner to let her stay there without paying, she's there indefinitely until she decides to move on.
Lancelot Lae 21, Lake Avenue The darkest, most haunted-looking place in the whole town. A large building with a classic fence. Has three bedrooms (in case of relatives), a bathroom, living room, kitchen and a built-in torture chamber.
Houston Witkowski 124, Orchard view A small, green, two bedroom house. Has a large kitchen and second bedroom is used for gaming. Otherwise not too special. Just a normal bachelor pad.
Emmanuel and Dante Parsons 67, Cedar Road The Parsons brothers live in a blue two-bedroom ranch. It's a pretty standard house, if a bit on the old side. It has a large backyard with a shop where Emmanuel works on his truck.
Cain Maximilion Redferne 180, Claire Paravel A two story house by the beach is Cain's private home away from prying eyes and nosy family. Though he could live with Liam, Connor, Aria, Jonah, Asher, and Elodie at the Redferne Manor, he only visits them often because Cain still values his privacy. He has four bedrooms: one master bedroom, one single room and the other two are good for two people each. He has a well stocked pantry, a well equipped kitchen, a basement laboratory, a well furnished living room, a private study and a library. And this house might be the place Andy Locke will be moving into if things between him and Cain proceed further on.
Rupert and Arthur Gibbard 1b, Mayfield Road This tiny, unkempt flat doesn't appear to be anything special, inside or out. It's barely furnished, poorly decorated and there are several things that need fixing within it that the Gibbard brothers cannot afford to sort. However, it still has a very homely feel to it that almost makes you forget what kind of a state the place is in. (Also, arachnophobes should keep away.)
Fauve Trudel 51 Lyons Way, apt 3D Fauve is not the tidiest of homemakers. Her one-bedroom efficiency has a partitioned off kitchen and a small bathroom at the back of the apartment. Her bed is a thin mattress directly on the floor with sheets that probably weren't gray originally. Her bed is covered with clothes and magazines and empty beer bottles. A sheet of plywood on top of cinder blocks serves as her coffee table, and that, too, is buried in dirty dishes and empty alcohol containers. The walls and windows are nicotine yellow. The only cleanish area is the corner where Sid's bed and water dish are.
Julius C. Lawrence 200 Larkin St, apt 1B His house is something simple and beside bare necessities, it doesn't really have much. A mini-fridge was brought in by him, and so was the one sofa in house, everything else already in the apartment when he moved in. Also, his bed doesn't have a frame, it being on the floor as just.. well, a mattress. But all in all, he's happy with where he lives and doesn't care to complain how tiny the apartment is really.
Jackie D. Piazza 24 Hickory Lane At the very end of a winding road leading away from the town sits Jackie's two-bedroomed bungalow. It's away from the surrounding houses and stands alone with a very plain and drab simplicity, not wanting to draw attention to itself for a reason. Through a trap door hidden under a mat in his kitchen leads a steep staircase into a large, dank basement where Jackie spends most of his waking hours when not working.
Marceline Chambers 15 Cliff Street, apt 2C Its a decent-sized studio flat, the walls painted orange-brown and a "nice" window view of the alley way and a fire escape runs right next to her window. Her bed, a queen-size, faces the T.V. and across the room, there's a small kitchenette/laundry room is. Cozy and warm, there's two bookshelves filled with books, a closet filled her clothes and small trinkets she brought along to Northvale; the bathroom is next to the closet, and right by the kitchenette is the door out.
Atticus Killian "Innominata" 15 Cliff Street, apt 3C The home of Atticus Killian Innominata. It's a not too shabby two bedroom apartment but the wolf that lives here is such a disorganized person that it often looks messy. It would not be uncommon to find or even trip over tools motorbike parts that he's brought inside but despite this it does have a very cosy and homely feel. Atticus also owns two of garage's on the bottom floor where he keeps his motorbikes, other tools, bike parts and his other bits and pieces.
Michela Grimassi 23, Orchard view a fairly large sized home where Michela lives with a few of her siblings that still attend the academy. She has a three car garage for her car and two others for her siblings to use. The house has a nice kitchen and a spacious library. All the rooms are spacious too and decorated to each persons taste, except for the two guest rooms.
Priscilla and Demitrius Lovegreen 87 Oakdale Drive Only two other houses on the block, their brick house with white accents is fairly large. I'd say only a few rooms short of a small mansion. It is two stories high, and it has around six large rooms, along with the essentials; a dining room, a living room, two bathrooms, and a basement. A balcony comes out over the porch of the house and is supported by thick white pillars. The backyard is about the size of a high school soccer field, and there is a decent sized pool near the house.
